【明報專訊】Dr Bernanke unfortunately does not understand economics, he does not understand currencies, he does not understand finance, all he understands is printing money. His whole intellectual career has been based on the study of printing money. Give the guy a printing press, he's going to run it as fast as he can.

「商品大王」羅杰斯（Jim Rogers）周四在英國牛津大學演講時，對美國聯儲局推行第二輪量化寬鬆（QE2）作出上述回應。聯儲局希望透過QE2刺激就業及避免通縮，但羅杰斯認為，這種變相令貨幣貶值的做法不會對經濟有幫助。
