Neighbourhood Elderly Centre (NEC) is a type of communitysupport services at neighbourhood level to provide a range ofcomprehensive services to enable elders to remain in thecommunity, to lead a healthy, respectful and dignified lifeand to enhance their positive and contributing role to thesociety. NECs also collaborate with the DECC to involve thepublic in building up a caring community.
