About the Chief Executive's order (行政長官指令)

【明報專訊】The government intends to extend the Tseung Kwan O landfill by five hectares because it will be saturated in 2013. Tsang Yok-sing had allowed legislator Tanya Chan Shuk-chong (立法會議員陳淑莊) to table a motion to repeal the Chief Executive's order for that purpose. It was adopted by a majority. The government has yet to decide whether to take the matter to court.
