【明報專訊】Q: How would you describe teenagers in your country in general?
A: Brazilian teens are known for their strong opinions. We are group-oriented, and we love to spend time with friends and family. We also pay attention to what's going on in our society. We debate on policies and current affairs.
Q: Where do you hang out with friends and what do you do with friends?
A: In the summer we always go to the beach. We also spend a lot of time at friends' homes just to watch movies and cook. We like to have barbecues, hang out in cafes or other "snack places", throw parties and go to the disco.
Q: Who's your favourite idol? Why?
A: I don't have a favourite idol, but there are people I admire a lot, like John Lennon and Nelson Mandela. I admire them for the things they had done, the lives they had touched and the lessons they had taught.
Q: What's your favourite sport and why?
A: Apart from soccer (which is our national sport), I love swimming and sailing. I swim almost every day, and I love it more than soccer.
Q: What do you want to do in the future?
A: I have not decided on my major at university, but I am considering economy, international relations and business administration, maybe even engineering or medicine.
